Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment a 24-hour notice is required to avoid a 50 percent charge of your scheduled service. in the event of a no show, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Unfortunately, if you're running more than 15 minutes behind your scheduled appointment your appointment may be rescheduled to assist in allowing your stylist to remain on schedule for the day.

Eventhough we love tots, our environment is not child safe and therefore no children are allowed in the salon unless they 're receiving service.
