We are so excited and happy for the amazing response that we had from groupon members. Thank you for being patient with us, as you can imagine with us selling over 1,000 vouchers we've had a huge volume of calls. We are definately honoring your groupon, please be patient and your calls and emails will be returned as soon as possible.

Some extra tips:
- Please try and call one time in a 72-hour period. Repeat calls and messages only flood the phone lines.
- Choosing a Stylist: If by chance the stylist you would like to do your hair is booked, you'll be scheduled with the next available stylist.
- Groupon has allowed every stylist to have a full schedule. Therefore, if you arrive more than 20min late, we will have to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
